I have been interested in art all my life, designing and creating in one form or another. After studying at the Corning Museum, glass became my canvas. It is a solid, yet fluid medium, which lends itself to infinite artistic possibilities. My original works are created with a plethora of warm glass techniques including frit painting, pattern bars, flame-worked elements and aperture pour. Each unique piece is kiln-formed into a collectable work of art. My inspiration for designs originates from my life experiences and my vivid imagination. Working with vibrant colors is exhilarating and brings a saturation of light to my art. My greatest pleasure comes from creating unique pieces where my individuality is allowed to flow and no boundaries prevail. My goal is always to fashion a piece that the discriminating art lover would be proud to include in their collection. |
